1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
a. Work Not Yet Started If no research, preparation, or filing activity has begun on your order, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
b. Duplicate Payments If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
c. Service Not Deliverable If we determine that we cannot complete your trademark service due to internal reasons unrelated to you, you will receive a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Because of the nature of trademark-related work, the following items cannot be refunded once service has begun:
a. Government Fees USPTO filing fees are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of outcome.
b. Completed Services Any service where research, specimen review, consultation, or trademark filing has already been performed is not eligible for a refund.
c. Client Delays or Inaction If we begin work but cannot complete the service due to lack of required information or documents from the client, the order is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation before work begins by contacting us at: info@unitedstatetrademarkservicesinc.com or through your client portal. If cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be processed using the original form of payment.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment institution.
5. Accuracy of Information Provided
Refunds cannot be issued due to:
• Errors in the information provided by the client
• Misspellings, incorrect classes, or incomplete descriptions provided by the client
• Rejection by the USPTO caused by client-submitted information Clients are responsible for ensuring all information is accurate before submission.
